Energy Procurement – We want to understand your business and work to source the energy contract that is the best fit for your business strategy and risk appetite. We can use either fixed prices or access wholesale markets with flexible energy contracts. In collaboration with you we will produce customised tender documents detailing your requirements for suppliers to quote and manage any shortlisting to contract award. During the contract we will provide ongoing support with invoice validation and management reporting in the detail and format you want.
Flexible Demand – If we can identify areas of flexibility in your energy usage we could, if appropriate, tender that flexibility to aggregators for demand-side services generating additional revenue to offset energy costs.
Metering – We source competitive Meter Operator and Data Collection contracts and their ongoing contract management. Connections – New or increases to network connections can be open to competition and contestable with the existing DNO (Distribution Network Operator). Savings can often be made by seeking competitive quotations from IDNOs (Independent Distribution Network Operators).
Corporate & Private Wire Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)
If you are a large energy user there are options to remove some of the volatility from your energy purchasing by contracting directly with a generator. A Corporate PPA can be used to hedge market commodity exposure with a Private Wire PPA offering the same but with the additional benefit of avoiding use of system charges, levies and taxes with greater potential savings.

Cleveland Renewables delivers a fully managed revenue maximisation solution that gives you expert support for the arrangement, placement and management of your Power Purchasing Agreements (PPA).
We will:
- Agree your project objectives and the appropriate solutions including choice of fixed or flexible PPA and embedded benefits.
- Support you in complying with OFGEM regulation for claiming your Renewable Obligation Certificates (ROCs), Feed In Tariff payments (FITs) and Renewable Energy Guarantee of Origin Certificates (REGOs), and help comply with any fuel mix obligations and operate the Renewable and CHP Registers on your behalf.
- Develop tender documents to source appropriate PPA and renewable certificate contract which, depending on your preference, may be traded separately to your PPA or integrated.
- Ongoing reporting, risk management advice and revenue maximisation providing a Generation Report that enables you to invoice the purchaser of your power after we have validated the export statement.
